As a first time buyer a few years ago, I contacted Ellen because a friend of mine had purchased through her in the past. She would literally respond to my 10 pm texts within minutes, meet me at Starbucks at 4 pm on a Sunday, 11 am on a Tuesday, etc etc. Basically what I'm trying to say is that her response time is unbelievable. She met with me any time I'd find a house on all the websites, and toured the property with me, usually the same or next day (on occasion, the selling realtor would be unresponsive). I have since purchased a second home with her, and I would never even think of using anyone else. She helped me with everything from finding my house, to discussing the right offering price, to finding my loan, to signing papers. I would recommend Ellen to anyone who wants someone to truly help them find the right house.
